Stakeholders Move Ahead With Swaziland HR Information Systems

The Capacity Project organized the Swaziland human resources information systems (HRIS) stakeholder group and convened its first meeting in Mbabane in May. The group developed policy questions to help determine what types of HR data need to be collected on health workers, the priority of these needs and the HRIS reports required to produce the answers. The top-priority policy questions agreed upon address issues related to deployment, the incoming workforce, training, attrition and retention.
