Training of Trainers’ Guide

Objective

Prepare a training plan for each area where iHRIS is implemented. Include a plan for training of trainers who can orient new employees or users to iHRIS.

In implementing iHRIS, you are introducing new ways of working. Users, data managers, and system administrators will require support and mentoring at each office where iHRIS is deployed. Once key personnel are trained in how to use iHRIS, it is important to retain that knowledge in the organization. Ensure that someone has the assigned role and capacity to train new employees in how to use iHRIS. Use the Training of Trainers’ Guide to plan a program for training them. While this guide is intended for training users in iHRIS Manage, it can be adapted for any of the iHRIS applications.
