Objective
Document the assessment results in a report for stakeholders. Based on the results, diagram the links between producers and users of HRH information to determine how data move through the systems and to whom it will be reported. Identify gaps in supporting ICT infrastructure.
This is an example of a report on the results of an HRIS assessment done in Malawi. Use this report as a model for drafting your own HRIS assessment report. The report includes a brief implementation plan at the end, which you may choose to document separately in Stage 1: Plan.
